About the Role:
The primary responsibility will be to make the organization more scalable, efficient, transparent, and data-driven through technology, systems, and process innovation. One will drive the implementation, optimization, and future development of our CRM, internal software tools, dashboards, workflows, and business operating systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Digital Transformation & Systems Innovation
- Lead the organization's digital transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, pre-sales, operations, and HR.
- Identify inefficiencies, operational gaps, and manual dependencies, and solve them using technology and automation.
- Build scalable systems that improve visibility, accountability, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Continuously innovate and improve internal business tools and workflows.
2. CRM & Sales Technology Management
- Lead CRM implementation, optimization, adoption, and enhancement.
- Ensure CRM becomes the central operating engine for lead management, sales tracking, customer lifecycle management, and reporting.
- Improve lead allocation, follow-ups, conversion tracking, funnel visibility, and team productivity through system improvements.
- Create transparent sales systems with measurable KPIs and real-time visibility.
3. Product Development & Business Systems
- Work closely with the in-house tech/product team to conceptualize and develop internal software products and applications.
- Convert business requirements into product features, workflows, and system logic.
- Participate in product planning, user flow design, feature prioritization, and testing.
- Continuously enhance the company's internal tech ecosystem for scalability.
4. Process Excellence & Automation
- Standardize and digitize SOPs across departments.
- Build process-driven systems to improve execution consistency.
- Drive automation initiatives across sales, marketing, HR, reporting, and operations.
- Reduce manual intervention and increase operational efficiency.
5. Data, Dashboards & Decision Intelligence
- Build and manage business dashboards and MIS systems for leadership.
- Ensure accurate, real-time reporting across all departments.
- Develop actionable insights from business data to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor business KPIs, team performance, funnel efficiency, and operational metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting within the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience in handling large datasets and business performance reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, business workflows, and automation.
- Experience in digital transformation, business systems, product operations, or process consulting roles.
- Ability to work with both business teams and software developers.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
- Experience in building scalable workflows and operational frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and execution ability.
- Technical & Platform Knowledge
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- CRM platforms: Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot / Dynamics
- BI & Dashboarding: Power BI / Tableau / Zoho Analytics / Looker Studio
- Automation tools: Zapier / Make / API-based workflows
- Product & Project Management tools: Jira / Notion / ClickUp / Trello
