Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This role blends IIoT, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and business analysis to deliver measurable impact on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- IIoT & Data Platforms: Design and implement IoT architecture, manage machine data acquisition, and ensure secure connectivity using OPC‑UA, Modbus, MQTT.
- Industry 4.0 Projects: Coordinate pilots and scale predictive maintenance, machine health monitoring, energy analytics, and efficiency tracking.
- Analytics & AI Integration: Deploy ML models with MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms), integrate IoT data with Power BI and Python pipelines, and deliver actionable insights.
- Business Analysis & Solution Design: Gather requirements, prepare BRD/FDS, design solution architecture, and create intuitive dashboards and applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between plant operations, IT, vendors, and sponsors; lead workshops and solution walkthroughs.
- Smart Factory Roadmap: Support execution of digital transformation programs, maintain trackers, and propose improvements aligned with Industry 4.0 trends.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Hands‑on experience in IIoT, MES, Smart Factory, and industrial digitalization projects.
- Exposure to industrial data platforms (AVEVA PI, OSIsoft, AspenTech, Ignition).
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Pandas, Spark, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Business analysis skills (BRD, FDS, ROI calculations, solution architecture).
- Dashboarding and analytics using Power BI, Python.
- Predictive maintenance model development/deployment.
- UI/UX design for dashboards and applications.
Education & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (certifications in IIoT/Digital Transformation/Business Analysis are a plus).
- 4–8 years of experience in Industry 4.0 and IIoT projects within manufacturing.
- Proven track record in AI/ML use cases (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, production monitoring).
- End‑to‑end implementation experience in IIoT, MES, Computer Vision, or industrial data platforms.
