Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of strategic digital and technology partners aligned with ProcureAbility's growth strategy and client transformation priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assessing new digital solution providers, platforms, and emerging technologies across procurement and adjacent business domains.
- Collaborate closely with advisory, delivery, analytics, industry, and COE teams to understand business needs, capability gaps, and priority digital use cases.
- Translate business and consulting requirements into clearly defined digital and technology solution opportunities.
- Design and manage a structured partner evaluation and selection framework, including functional fit, technical architecture, scalability, integration feasibility, commercial models, and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain a digital partner ecosystem covering solution mapping, capability positioning, governance models, and engagement processes.
- Build and nurture longterm strategic relationships with selected technology and digital partners to support joint innovation and gotomarket initiatives.
- Coordinate joint solution development, pilots, proofs of value, and accelerators with partners and internal product, analytics, and engineering teams.
- Support enablement of advisory and delivery teams through digital solution positioning, use-case development, training inputs, and adoption planning.
- Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to align partner capabilities with ProcureAbility's internal platforms, tools, and digital roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation, analytics, and AI to enhance advisory offerings and client outcomes.
- Support business development and sales activities, including digital solution positioning, partner-led value propositions, client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal content.
- Contribute to ProcureAbility's overall Digital & Technology strategy, including market scanning, competitive intelligence, and capability investments.
- Provide thought leadership on digital transformation trends within procurement and supply chain.
Requirements / Skills
15+ years of experience Experience in Digital Alliance Partnerships within Procurement.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation, technology strategy, or digital solution enablement within consulting or professional services.
- Experience identifying, evaluating, and managing digital/technology solution partners.
- Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, and enterprise digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of automation, analytics platforms, AI-enabled solutions, workflow tools, procurement technology platforms.
- Ability to assess solution functionality, technical architecture, integration requirements, scalability.
- Strong capability to translate business requirements into digital use cases.
- Experience collaborating across consulting, delivery, analytics, product, and engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with senior leaders and external partners.
- Strong commercial acumen; experience supporting partner negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project/program management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience supporting sales cycles, RFPs, workshops, and solution shaping.
- Knowledge of S2P, spend analytics, contracting, supplier risk, orchestration, AI procurement tools (preferred).
- Consulting/professional services experience strongly preferred.
