We are looking for a who can lead AI-driven innovation, automation, and data-led decision-making in a fast-growing company.

:

- Drive end-to-end digital & AI transformation strategy

- Identify and implement automation & process digitization opportunities

- Build AI use cases (forecasting, customer journey, productivity, analytics)

- Enable data-driven decision making across business functions

- Lead cross-functional transformation programs with leadership teams

:

- 10–15 years of experience in Digital / AI Transformation / Product-Tech roles

- Strong exposure to D2C / Consumer Tech / Marketplace businesses

- Hands-on experience in AI, Automation, CRM, ERP, Analytics tools

- Proven ability to drive large-scale transformation projects

- Strong stakeholder management & execution mindset

- Work directly with Leadership / Founder's Office

- Drive high-impact business transformation initiatives

- Be part of a fast-scaling, tech-driven organization
