Digital Transformation Lead || Sr. AVP

We are seeking a highly experienced professional for a Sr. AVP role to lead our Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transforming core business processes, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (O2C). This is a crucial individual contributor role for a strategic leader who can drive significant change within a top business process management (BPM) organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects as a key individual contributor.
• Develop and implement strategies to transform P2P, R2R, and O2C processes.
• Drive innovation and efficiency through the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digital enhancement and automation.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Extensive professional experience in Digital Transformation.
• Expertise: Proven experience in transforming key business processes, including P2P, R2R, and O2C.
• Role Type: Must be comfortable and effective in an Individual Contributor (IC) role.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹40 LPA (including a 20% variable component).
• Work Arrangement: The role is Work From Office (WFO).
