Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across core banking, lending, CRM, trade finance, and digital platforms
- Own delivery across internal teams and external client stakeholders in large transformation programs
- Define IT strategies, technology roadmaps, and legacy core application transformation initiatives
- Design and implement scalable, agile, and reusable technology solutions across the customer lifecycle
- Operate across organizational and technology silos to align business and IT objectives
- Provide hands-on guidance in solution design, coding, and implementation where required
- Leverage modern technologies such as APIs, cloud computing, AI/ML, mobility, and automation
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple assignments with oversight from senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technology programs
- Build and maintain strong, independent client relationships at senior stakeholder levels
- Support business development activities including proposal preparation and client presentations
- Contribute to industry thought leadership and align insights to strengthen the firm's market proposition
