We are hiring for the role of Digital Transformation Expert - Change & Adoption at Pune (Hybrid role), below are additional details as required.
Job Purpose - Drive adoption and activation for all commercial digital platforms and services including CRM, CMS, Marketing, Digital sales etc. Orchestrate enablement, change management, and value realization—embedding checkpoints into how teams adopt the platform.
Responsibilities Adoption & Change:
- Lead enterprise rollouts for digital platforms with phased adoption strategy.
- Define rollout waves, training, communications, and success metrics across product teams.
- Track and report adoption metrics including usage rates, business KPI movements etc.
- Run a transparent cadence status, risks, decisions, and value dashboards.
- Managing learning demand and prioritization. Management of training team in their delivery
- Identify potential for improvement of learning which lead to e.g. an improved trainee experience, enhanced quality of content, more efficient management of training, more effective knowledge transfer, reduction of training costs.
- Ensure reproducibility and auditability requirements are met for each rollout.
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure platform implementation meets adoption readiness criteria.
- Align across product teams, IT delivery, BUs and project teams to ensure that the product is seamlessly adoptable.
Good to have skills-
- 5–7 years in digital marketing or commercial operations.
- Proven track record in quality governance and process improvement.
- Strategic mindset with strong advisory skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving adoption of digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills, ability to engage with stakeholders from different BUs, across the globe.
- Knowledge of digital platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM, AEM, Contentful, CRM tools like HubSpot/ Salesforce) and AI-driven marketing tools would be an additional plus.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (PI planning, sprints), queue systems (Jira), and quality frameworks (ITIL, Six Sigma basics).
- Knowledge of data analytics for commercial insights (SQL, attribution modeling).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/Marketing, Agile/Scrum Master, or Digital Marketing Institute credentials.
- Familiarity with global compliance standards and change management practices.
