Job Description

Support the Innovation team in digitalization initiatives across food service operations, including digital projects, system implementation, process improvement, and technical support.

Responsibilities

Support digitalization projects and system upgrade initiatives.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pre-go-live, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
Support the development and improvement of digital functions and workflows.
Test and review UX/UI features across digital ordering systems and platforms.
Monitor system utilization and performance and gather stakeholder feedback.
Assist with project documentation, reporting, and operational readiness.
Support troubleshooting, system fixes, and technical issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
Meticulous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and data analysis tools.
