Roles and Responsibilities:
- Secure tender initialization for the Digital Tender Kick-off.
- Set up governance with Digital stakeholders.
- Monitor key dimensions of the tender for Digital Work Packages (WPs).
- Provide strategic arbitration and support solution optimization.
- Manage alignment with contractual requirements and variation orders.
- Coordinate customer feedback and modifications with relevant stakeholders.
- Support discussions with license providers and third parties.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Bid Management, Tendering, and SCADA systems
- Knowledge of Railway signaling and Aerospace domains
- Proficiency in managing RFPs (Request For Proposal) and RFQs (Request For Quote)
- Familiarity with cost estimation and proposal development (nice-to-have)
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent on-work experience.
