Roles And Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reach out to fresh and follow-up leads daily through outbound calls.
  • Guide clients through processes via outbound calls, video calls, or webinars.
  • Meet daily call targets and complete assigned tasks within specified time frames.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Take initiative to drive results and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field (except engineering).
  • 05 years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry, or in a client-facing role in another industry.
  • Proficiency in at least three languages: English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Excellent verbal and vocal communication skills in English.
  • Must demonstrate loyalty, honesty, and a long-term career vision.
  • Should be proactive, confident, and capable of making sound decisions.
