Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and deploy microservices-based architecture for high availability and performance
- Integrate and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka
- Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for high-volume data storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to deliver high-quality software
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture
Key Skills
- 45 years of professional experience in backend development using Java
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and event streaming
- Proficiency in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
