Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Goa, India for a Digital Specialist. The Digital Specialist will be responsible for designing creatives and executing digital strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns across Meta & Google and analyzing performance data. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure digital initiatives meet business goals and drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and performance metrics
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Experience in Digital Strategy development and implementation
- Adept with AI tools
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including making creatives, campaign management and optimization
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Previous experience in real estate and retail is a plus
