This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance complete and sizable software modules in the assigned software engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you will deliver software components for platforms/applications/solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating reasonable proficiency in software engineering in their relevant competence.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid/Remote

This role is contributing to the ELSP Finance team in Global. Main stakeholders are Finance Controllers/ Global Product Managers/ Agile Unit Leaders.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Develop and maintain digital solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other technologies to support business processes and improve efficiency.

  • Manage end-to-end solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Work with data and analytics, leveraging SQL and analytical techniques to extract insights and build data-driven applications aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Ensure quality and innovation, through testing, documentation, process automation, troubleshooting, and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience post graduation.

  • Strong understanding of application development and analytics fundamentals proficiency in at least two programming or scripting languages.

  • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Experience working with large databases SAP experience is a plus.

  • Creative problem-solving mindset focused on automation and efficiency familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
