Job Description
'Power Automate expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate for Desktop flows. Should have worked on cloud flows as well and AI Builder. Familiarity with Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployment.
RPA tools knowledge: Hands-on experience with UiPath (required) to read and debug existing workflows for migration. Familiarity with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere is a plus. Experience with Microsoft's Power Automate migration tooling (Blueprint or equivalent) preferred.
Microsoft ecosystem: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, and Teams integration.
Programming skills: Knowledge of scripting languages (.Net, PowerShell, VB Scripts) for automation.
API integration: Experience working with REST APIs, connectors, and custom connectors.
Process analysis: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation solutions.
Testing and deployment: Ability to execute test cases, fix defects, and deploy solutions to UAT.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills PAD, .NET, and connectors.
Communication: Excellent collaboration and documentation abilities.
