Digital Security - Associate SME (FW2)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage network technology for the business, plan new technology rollouts, and ensure team readiness.
2. Troubleshoot network issues, implement resolution steps, and update tickets with the outcomes.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SME and coordinate with 3rd party vendor technicians.
4. Maintain process compliance by gathering information, preparing reports, and tracking SLA adherence.

Job Requirements:

1. B.E/B.Tech or MCA in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
2. Expertise in Cisco R&S, Fortigate, Firepower, and Checkpoint Firewall technologies.
3. Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and resolution skills in network issues.
4. Ability to manage technology SOPs, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with process standards.
