Salary: Up to 30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Digital Sales Managers to drive electric vehicle retail growth
in key cities. The role involves managing digital leads, engaging with walk-in and telephonic prospects, and
supporting local dealerships in vehicle test drives, quotations, and bookings. You will act as a bridge between
a centralized call center and local retail partners, ensuring conversion efficiency and an exceptional buying
experience for EV customers.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and qualify leads received from the central platform through calls, WhatsApp, and field visits.
Provide product quotations, coordinate test drives, and ensure timely follow-up until booking.
Maintain regular contact with assigned dealerships to track lead progress and facilitate booking amount
collection.
Update internal systems with lead status, customer feedback, and conversion details.
Share daily and weekly performance dashboards with supervisors.
Represent the brand professionally while promoting sustainable mobility solutions.
Requirements
Graduate or diploma holder with 13 years of experience in automotive, EV, BFSI, or telecom sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (both Hindi and local language proficiency preferred).
Basic understanding of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and online sales workflows.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits within the city.
Passion for electric mobility and customer engagement excellence.
