Position: Digital Sales Head
Broader Role / Responsibilities:
The Digital Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue through digital channels, managing online lead conversion and scaling a high-volume sales funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, inside sales and advisory, and will directly manage teams converting digital leads into paying advisory clients.
You will own digital sales strategy, conversion metrics, team productivity, and revenue outcomes across all online acquisition channels.
Digital Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership :-
-Own revenue targets from all digital channels (website, performance marketing,inbound leads, referrals)
-Build and scale a high-volume digital sales model for our advisory product
-Define conversion benchmarks across the digital funnel (lead consultation paid subscription)
-Drive consistent month-on-month growth with controlled CAC
Team Leadership & Execution :-
-Lead and manage inside sales managers, advisors, and digital sales reps
-Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs for digital sales teams
-Coach teams on consultative selling over calls, video, WhatsApp, and email
-Ensure high productivity, quality conversations, and ethical selling practices.
Funnel, Process & Conversion Optimization :-
-Design and optimize lead routing, qualification, and follow-up processes
-Improve call connect rates, consultation show-up rates, and close ratios
-Reduce sales cycle time while maintaining advisory quality
-Own onboarding handoffs to Customer Success for smooth activation
Marketing & Product Collaboration:-
-Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality, landing page conversion, and messaging
-Provide feedback on creatives, offers, and funnel drop-offs
-Work closely with Product and Advisory teams to improve digital experience and conversion.
What Were Looking For :-
-10+ years of sales experience, with strong exposure to digital / inside sales
-Prior leadership experience in fintech, wealth advisory, insurance, edtech, or subscription businesses
-Proven track record of scaling high-volume digital sales funnels
