Salary - 10k-12k per month + 2% commission on sales

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Sales & Insurance Calling Agent, based in New Delhi with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their financial and insurance needs, providing comprehensive product information, and converting leads into satisfied customers. The role involves making outbound calls, following up with inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and meeting sales targets. Also, the agent will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service while maintaining a professional and ethical framework.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively explain complex financial and insurance products to various audiences
• Experience with sales and lead conversion processes in financial or insurance industries
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in CRM software and computer applications
• Understanding of insurance products, financial planning, or personal finance is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
