Digital Sales Executive

Location: Bengaluru, IN

Mode of Hire: Full Time

Job Description: CRMIT is seeking a data-driven and digitally savvy Digital Sales Executive to be part of a high-performing Digital Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through various digital channels and scaling CRMIT's digital sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generating qualified pipeline for CRMIT's offerings across the USA, Australia, and Europe.

Collaborating with geo-based client partners, solution consultants, and the marketing team to align sales activities and build CRMIT's go-to-market strategy.

Building a robust pipeline for new customer acquisition.

Working on omnichannel prospecting initiatives, including email, LinkedIn, webinars, and virtual meetings.

Leveraging lead generation tools, databases, and ABM practices to improve sales velocity.

Staying updated on tech trends and buyer behaviour to refine go-to-market strategies.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Ensure smooth handover of opportunities to delivery teams, enabling customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion.

Working during business hours aligned to target geographies for seamless collaboration with client partners and delivery teams, whenever needed.

Required Skills

Minimum 4+ years of experience in inside sales and digital sales, with a strong record of pipeline generation for cloud-based solutions across global markets (USA, Australia, Europe). Proven ability to leverage omnichannel outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, virtual events) for account intelligence and lead generation.

Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales automation systems, and performance dashboards for tracking KPIs and forecasting revenue.

Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled sales tools, intent data, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) for targeted engagement.

Strong collaboration skills with marketing, customer success, and solution consultants to support go-to-market plans.

Excellent relationship management skills with proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and seamless customer handover to delivery teams.
