About us:
We are looking for aDigital Sales Executivewho can support both sales and basic research functions, understands social media behaviour and enjoys online conversations.
You will be the first point of contact for customers across digital platforms and also support the BD team with simple research, lead prospecting, and opportunity mapping.
Key responsibilities:
1) Digital customer interaction
- Manage Instagram DMs, WhatsApp API chats, and website inquiries
- Share product info, videos, pricing, and recommendations
- Provide prompt, high-quality responses
2) Lead conversion & follow-ups
- Convert warm leads through consistent follow-up discipline
- Maintain clean, organised lead sheets and CRM-like tracking
- Assist BD team in qualifying high-value leads
3) Basic research & sales support
- Support BD withresearch for revenue generation platforms and sales collaborations
- Mapping potential collaborators for outreach
- Gathering basic info on exhibitions/events
- Identify new digital channels or micro-communities where buyers may exist
4) Coordination & admin support
- Assist BD during exhibitions / peak periods
- Coordinate with operations on stock, dispatch timelines, custom orders
- Track customer queries and ensure closures
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degreein Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion/Lifestyle studies or related field
- 13 years indigital sales, customer service, or chat-based selling
- Great online communication + strong typing etiquette
- Good with Google Sheets and digital tools
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury, lifestyle brands
- Quick, organised, responsive, and proactive
