Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong

B2B selling mindset and performance marketing expertise to drive lead generation,

conversions, and revenue growth for our FMCG products across domestic and international

markets.

The ideal candidate must understand the FMCG wholesale & distributor business model, be

capable of presenting and pitching confidently, and take full ownership of leads, follow-ups,

conversions, and outcomes across digital channels and direct sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, B2B Outreach & Lead Conversion:

Generate and manage high-quality B2B and B2C leads through digital and outbound

channels.

Identify, approach, pitch, and onboard international distributors, wholesalers, retailers,

and institutional buyers.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product pitches with strong

convincing skills.

Understand buyer needs, area potential, and business interest to create a customized sales

approach.

Follow up persistently with leads; if leads are not converting, create new approaches and

ideas to close them.

Own the complete sales cycle from lead to order closure.

Ensure visible month-on-month (MoM) growth in leads, conversions, and orders.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.

Track and optimize KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

Focus on lead quality and conversion outcomes.

Website & Conversion Optimization:

Generate conversions directly from the website.

Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead forms.

Track website performance and take ownership of sales outcomes.

Strategy, Market Understanding & Growth:

Develop a strong understanding of product USP, FMCG pricing, margins, and wholesale

POV.

Track competitor activities and market trends.

Assist in monthly and quarterly sales and marketing plans.

Ensure effort visibility through measurable outcomes.

Reporting & CRM:

Maintain daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and orders.

Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.

Share data-driven insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Strong B2B selling approach with FMCG understanding.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong presentation, pitching, and convincing skills.

Clear understanding of B2B and B2C sales funnels.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

High ownership, zeal to perform, and result-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with distributors, wholesalers, or modern trade.

Experience in international FMCG markets.

Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot).

Basic understanding of SEO, landing pages, and CRO.
