FTI is a specialized technical services provider delivering engineering, automation, industrial, and AI-enabled solutions across GCC markets. We operate primarily through B2B vendor registration, direct outreach, partnerships, and technical subcontracting (not mass-market retail).
Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital Sales & AI Marketing Intern who is energetic, result-driven, and ready to learn how technical B2B services are marketed and sold in the UAE/GCC ecosystem.
This internship is target-based and focused on measurable outcomes: lead generation, outreach execution, AI-assisted marketing tasks, and opportunity tracking. High performers may be considered for longer-term roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & market research (UAE focus): identify target companies, decision-makers, and relevant opportunities
- Vendor registration support: locate vendor portals/requirements and prepare registration checklists and data packs
- Outreach execution: draft and send professional emails/messages; support follow-ups via structured tracking
- LinkedIn business development: connect with relevant UAE decision-makers (HR, Ops, Maintenance, Engineering) and initiate professional conversations
- AI-powered marketing support: use tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation, analytics, content tools) to improve speed and quality of outreach and content
- Content support (light): assist with professional posts, short updates, case-study summaries, and simple creatives (as needed)
- Reporting: maintain a clean tracker (leads, outreach, responses, follow-ups) and submit weekly progress updates
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Background in IT / CS / IoT / Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics (or strong equivalent)
- Strong English communication (writing + messaging)
- Comfortable working with targets/KPIs and structured reporting
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and online research
- Coachable attitude, fast learner, consistent execution
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Canva/CapCut or basic editing tools (optional)
- Any exposure to sales, lead gen, digital marketing, or AI productivity tools (optional)
Work Style & Expectations
- Remote internship with target-based deliverables
- Consistency and ownership matter more than time tracking
- You will receive onboarding guidance, templates, and workflow structure
