Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Requirements
- Interface with customers to gather and understand digital reference flow requirements.
- Capture, analyze, and scope effort for reference flow development.
- Provide technical guidance and support for digital implementation flows.
Digital Implementation Flow Development
- Develop baseline reference flows for ASIC digital implementation.
- Work on end-to-end flow stages including synthesis, floorplanning, CTS, place & route, timing closure, and power planning.
- Optimize flows for Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) targets.
EDA Tool Usage & Support
- Work with EDA tools such as Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus and related toolchains.
- Debug and optimize digital implementation flows using industry-standard tools.
Documentation & Enablement
- Create detailed documentation explaining flow steps, theory, and command usage.
- Enable customers to effectively adopt and use reference flows.
Technical Problem Solving
- Resolve complex digital implementation and timing closure issues.
- Support advanced node (7nm and below) design challenges where applicable.
