Job Description

About this role:

Cross functional collaboration: Fosters strong stakeholder relationships

across Creative, Producer and Project management teams.

Retail digital acumen: Understands final creative experience, brand guidelines style guides.

Testing: Executes Category routes validations, Site refresh validations, Live

Site validations, Promotion validations, functional validations, Site placement launch validations.

Data extraction and reporting: Owns issue log data, handles basic SQL queries to extract periodic data for reporting.

Problem solving: Data analysis, critical thinking, performs RCA and drives corrective and preventive actions.

Participates in War rooms and holds feedback sessions with stakeholders.

Leverages QA expertise to uplift Site experience.

About you:

Graduation in Engineering equivalent with relevant experience

2+ years of E-commerce experience in Digital creative content Quality assurance

Expertise in validating creative pages components across mobile, tablet and desktop

Experience in working on creative issues bug tracking tools (JIRA, BugZilla or equivalent)

Eye for details, experience in RCA and knowledge in structured problem solving

Exceptional communication skills

Flexible to work in different time zones weekend roasters.

Adapt to new business requirements and changes.

Good to have basic process automation skills, to enable process efficiency gains.
