Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Digital Project Manager to

join our dynamic team. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the

planning, implementation, and tracking of digital projects from inception to completion. The ideal

candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms, excellent

communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects within scope,

time, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of

digital projects.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Delegate project tasks the various team internally as per project requirements.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven 5+ years working experience as a Digital Project Manager in the digital media agencies/digital marketing sector.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
