About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Digital Project Management Executive to support and streamline day-to-day digital workflows. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project progress, managing digital assets, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, and maintaining operational efficiency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with digital, creative, content, and performance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage daily operations across digital campaigns, including task tracking, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee project management tools, trackers, and dashboards.
- Ensure all briefs, assets, and communication are documented and updated accurately.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Handle client queries related to operational aspects and ensure timely responses.
- Manage reporting, documentation, and backend digital operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners for project requirements.
- Ensure quality checks before delivering final outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in digital operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and platforms.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
