Uplers is Looking for:

We are hiring a top-tier Digital Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day success of global agencies or direct-based client accounts across digital marketing services.

You will act as the control tower between clients and internal teams, ensuring strong onboarding, clean kickoff, structured planning, timeline governance, proactive communication, issue resolution, and high-retention account support across services such as SEO, PPC, GA4, social media, and content marketing.

The right person can balance client confidence, project discipline, commercial awareness, and digital marketing understanding. You should be able to ask the right questions, challenge unclear inputs, drive accountability internally, and use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs to improve decision speed, documentation quality, meeting preparedness, and problem solving.

Skills

2+ years in digital account management, project management, client success, or delivery coordination

Mandatory experience managing global agencies or direct clients

Strong agency-side experience handling digital marketing retainers or recurring accounts

Proven ownership of client onboarding, kickoff calls, execution planning, status reviews, follow-ups, and escalation handling

Experience working with cross-functional teams across SEO, PPC, paid social, content, design, web/dev, analytics, and reporting

Exposure to QBRs / business reviews / monthly review frameworks

Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, GA4, social media marketing, and content marketing

Practical familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM tools for faster analysis, summarization, planning, and communication

Responsibilities

Own the post-sales to delivery transition for assigned global agencies or direct client accounts

Run structured onboarding and kickoff processes with complete clarity on scope, goals, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and communication cadence

Serve as the primary day-to-day client coordination point across multiple digital services

Translate client asks into clear internal briefs for SEO, PPC, GA4, content, creative, social, and development teams

Track timelines, deliverables, risks, blockers, dependencies, approvals, and change requests

Ensure every task has an owner, due date, and status visibility

Lead weekly status calls, follow-up communication, and internal action alignment

Support monthly reviews and QBR preparation with performance narratives, delivery summaries, risk flags, opportunity areas, and next-step recommendations

Handle client escalations with speed, maturity, structure, and accountability

Partner with delivery leads to resolve performance, communication, scope, and operational issues before they become retention risks

Maintain high-quality project documentation across meeting notes, action logs, trackers, decision registers, and stakeholder updates

Drive internal collaboration across departments and ensure client commitments are realistic and honored

Use AI tools responsibly to speed up meeting preparation, summaries, issue analysis, prioritization, draft communication, and decision support

Protect client trust, improve delivery discipline, and contribute to retention, upsell readiness, and account stability

Required Digital Marketing Fluency

Not need to be the final channel expert, but must have strong intermediate working knowledge of:

SEO: keywords, on-page basics, technical SEO dependencies, content briefs, reporting language, rankings/traffic/leads context

PPC: campaign structures, budgets, optimization cycles, conversion tracking basics, performance reporting, lead quality discussions

GA4: traffic/source understanding, conversions, attribution basics, reporting interpretation, event/conversion language

Social Media: content planning, paid vs organic distinctions, reporting cadence, campaign coordination

Content Marketing: blog workflows, briefs, approvals, publishing dependencies, quality review process

AUS Shift : 6am to 3pm**

Looking for candidates having recent 2+ years of experience in digital marketing agency for International clients (US,UK,AUS)
