Role Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy, innovative, and self-driven individual to help us enhance productivity across our team by integrating tools like Slack, WhatsApp, Zoho CRM, OneDrive, and email. This role is ideal for someone who may not be a traditional IT expert but is highly curious, digitally fluent, and passionate about experimenting with no-code and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Tool Integration & Workflow Automation

• Set up and maintain seamless integrations between Slack, WhatsApp, Zoho CRM, OneDrive, and email.
• Use platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Slack Workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency.

AI & Digital Tool Experimentation

• Explore and implement AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Slack GPT) to enhance team communication, document creation, and decision-making processes.
• Research, test, and recommend new productivity tools aligning with organisational goals.

Knowledge Management & Search Optimization

• Organise and connect documents stored on cloud platforms (OneDrive, Zoho CRM, etc.) for efficient access through Slack or other tools.
• Enable smart search and retrieval systems for emails, documents, and CRM data to improve knowledge access across teams.

Team Enablement & Support

• Develop simple guides and conduct onboarding sessions to help teams adopt and utilise new tools effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for digital productivity improvements, queries, and support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have

Strong interest in digital productivity tools

Familiarity with Slack, WhatsApp, CRM tools

Experience with Zapier, Make, Notion

Self-starter with problem-solving abilities

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Slack Workflows or Slack GPT

Exposure to Zoho CRM or similar platforms

Basic understanding of APIs (optional)

Ability to train and guide team members
