Job Description

Summary:

The Digital Product Owner is responsible for defining and delivering marketing automation, campaign orchestration, and analytics capabilities across the bank&rsquos digital channels. The role combines techno-functional product ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on project and agile delivery in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign Classic, including associated tagging and data-collection solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for marketing automation, campaign orchestration, and analytics/tagging capabilities supporting banking products and digital channels.
  • Translate business objectives into a product vision and comprehensive action plan.
  • Bridge the gap between key business objectives and technical capabilities to provide fully integrated solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives involving Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Analytics tagging and measurement.
  • Enable and configure Adobe Analytics to support market requirements for tagging, tracking, and reporting.
  • Design campaign solutions in ACC, including targeting logic, audience segments, workflows, and contact strategies.
  • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, analytics teams, and MarTech specialists to design data flows.
  • Ensure consent, preference management, and regulatory/compliance requirements are correctly implemented.
  • Independently manage delivery lifecycle for features/initiatives: scoping, planning, sprint execution, issue/risk management, dependency management, and release readiness.
  • Run agile ceremonies, coordinate UAT and production validation for new campaigns, and manage defect triage and resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement of campaign performance through experimentation, measurement, and insight-driven backlog refinement.

Requirements:

  • 6&ndash10 years of experience in digital product ownership, marketing automation, or technical business analysis, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Bachelor&rsquos or Master&rsquos degree holder.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience working with mobile, web, and email channels.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Analytics.
  • Solid project management skills: scope definition, planning, RAID management, vendor and dependency management.
  • Deep familiarity with agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban): backlog management, prioritization, incremental delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to read campaign and digital performance metrics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certified Product Owner with strong understanding of agile delivery principles.
  • Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner Professional or similar Adobe certification.
  • Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner Certificate, Level: Expert.
