Summary-

The Digital Product Owner – Digital Analytics and Marketing Automation is responsible for defining and delivering marketing automation, campaign orchestration and analytics capabilities across the bank's digital channels. The role combines techno-functional product ownership, stakeholder management, and hands‑on project and agile delivery in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign Classic and associated tagging/data‑collection solutions. To succeed in his role, the right candidate would:

  • have extensive experience enabling digital journeys/campaigns on mobile channel (app, push), web and email.
  • Ownership mindset: accountable for business outcomes (engagement, revenue, NPS) and platform stability, not just campaign launches and self-starter attitude
  • Bias to action: comfortable making informed trade‑offs and decisions amidst ambiguity and incomplete information.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented and disciplined in requirements, campaign design, tracking specs and documentation.
  • Collaborative and influence‑oriented, able to challenge constructively and align diverse stakeholders
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a strong focus on relevance, frequency control, and avoiding customer fatigue.
