The Digital Product Manager will own the complete product lifecycle for digital solutions, from initial concept through successful market adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate healthcare challenges into innovative digital products while balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional teams to deliver products that improve patient outcomes, enhance provider efficiency, and generate measurable business value through strong execution on conversion, financial, adoption, and execution metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities
- Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that clearly articulate features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, user journeys, wireframes, and technical specifications for development teams
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through launch, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, accessible interfaces and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and architecture decisions while maintaining agile development practices
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication
- Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies including phased rollouts, pilot programs, change management and full-scale deployment plans
- Define, track, and analyse KPIs across execution, adoption, conversion and financial metrics
- Ensure all digital products comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy laws
- Generate performance reports for leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of digital product management experience
- Proven experience successfully launching and scaling digital products from concept to market
- Healthcare domain knowledge including patient journeys and clinical workflows preferred
- Strong ability to write detailed PRDs and creating process flows for complex systems
- Experience working in agile development environments with lean teams
- Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.)
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms, and modern technology stacks
- Basic understanding of data analytics, SQL, and business intelligence tools
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments
