Role Overview
As a Digital Product Leader at Azentio, you will drive the end-to-end digital vision and strategy across our Banking and Financial Services product portfolio. This role goes beyond individual solutions—you will lead the development of scalable, platform-first digital ecosystems, enabling seamless and customer-centric experiences across web and mobile.
You will combine strategic leadership, platform thinking, and deep BFSI domain expertise to build future-ready digital products that are modular, extensible, and aligned with evolving market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital product vision and roadmap across BFS products, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and market opportunities
- Lead the development of platform-driven digital products, including customer portals, mobile apps, and enterprise-grade digital ecosystems across B2C, B2B2C, and broker channels
- Drive a platform-first approach, ensuring reusable components, APIs, and scalable architecture across products
- Own product lifecycle management—from ideation to launch and continuous enhancement
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Partner with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver intuitive, seamless customer journeys
- Embed Agile practices to deliver high-quality outcomes with speed and predictability
- Manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption of the digital strategy
- Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to continuously optimize product performance and user experience
Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with strong exposure to digital platforms in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI)
- Strong experience in a platform-first/product platform development approach, including:
- Designing and building scalable, modular platforms
- Driving API-first / microservices-based architecture
- Enabling reuse, extensibility, and ecosystem integration
- Proven experience in building and scaling enterprise digital platforms (web & mobile)
- Demonstrated ability to define platform strategy, including underlying architecture, integrations, and product ecosystem design
- Expertise in designing and optimizing multi-channel customer journeys (B2C, B2B2C, broker channels)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and close collaboration with design teams
- Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
