Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product engineering strategy and roadmap for digital platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify product opportunities that drive operational efficiency and customer value.
Engineering & Development Leadership
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecyclefrom concept to deploymentacross web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and security compliance.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native development.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and edge computing into product offerings.
- Champion innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Partner with Business Analysis Lead and Enterprise Solutions Lead to ensure product alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
- Establish governance frameworks for product development, release management, and quality assurance.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, engineers, and QA specialists.
- Promote agile methodologies and DevOps practices for faster, reliable delivery.
