The Hiring Nest is expanding its curated Design Talent Network. We are actively hiring a mid-to-senior Product Designer for one of our high-growth product clients.

We're seeking a designer who prioritises solving real, measurable product problems with systematic depth—not just making static, beautiful screens.

• End-to-end product design from discovery and user flows to final engineering handoff

• Architecting intuitive wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma

• Building, maintaining, and scaling design systems

• Translating complex user friction and business requirements into clear interaction patterns

• Partnering directly with Product Managers and Engineering leads throughout agile sprint cycles

• 3–5 years of hands-on Product Design experience

• A verifiable portfolio of shipped digital products (B2B SaaS, FinTech, or high-scale consumer apps)

• Strong product intuition and UX reasoning backed by defensible trade-offs

• High agency, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset
