Digital Product Designer

Role: Digital Product Designer or UX/UI Designer

Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager - Usability and Design

Experience: 10 to 16 Years

Location: Noida -Delhi NCR (Preferred) / Pune / Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather insights for business visions, goals and end users through discovery workshops with stakeholders

- Conduct user research to identify the pain points, aspirations and challenges of end users

- Define persona, journey maps and storyboards to identify, communicate and priorities the opportunity areas which leads to creation of a product or a MVP (minimum viable product)

- Engages team and cross-functional stakeholders to make them understand user's needs and guide the team in the creation of thoughtful interactive solutions

- Ideate about product's main characteristics, functionalities, features and analyse steps of user interaction though user flows

- Leads the prototyping of product, always ensuring the usability of the products and their alignment with customers needs

- Host usability testing sessions with end users to identify and improve the gaps in final designs before shipping them for development

- Enable development team and stakeholders to create user centred solution in less time, effort and iteration

- Leverage AI to augment every phase of the design process and design deliverables

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters of Design (B. Des. Or M. Des.) in Digital Design, Digital Product Design, User Experience Design, or User Interaction Design

Essential requirements:

Online portfolio to demonstrate design projects, process, and knowledge
