Qualifications & Experience
Education: Master's degree preferred (MBA / HR / Digital Transformation)
Experience:
- 15-18 years total experience
- 10 years in HR digital transformation within large, reputed organizations
- Prior experience in core HR roles leading strategic HR initiatives
- Minimum 2 years leading AI-driven HR use cases at enterprise scale
- Experience implementing enterprise HR platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Proven delivery of cross-functional digital programs including analytics, automation, dashboards, and vendor evaluation
