Yourrolesandresponsibilities

Inthisrole,youwillhavetheopportunitytocoordinateandfacilitatethedevelopment,implementation,andsuccessfulonboardingofdigitalsolutions.Eachday,youwillsupporttheuse andadoptionofdigitalplatformandsolutionsintothecustomerbusinessenvironmentalongwiththeirsubsequentoperationsandmaintenance. Youwillalsoshowcaseyourexpertisebyparticipatingintheideationworkstreamsfromidentifyingandvalidatingtheneedstodefiningthedevelopment.

Theworkmodelfortheroleis:#L1-Hybrid

Thisroleiscontributingtotheglobal functionin IEC LVMotors -divisioninIndia.MainstakeholdersareSales and Customers.

• Provide software support and engineering services across multiple areas, including end-user support and training, software maintenance, testing and quality engineering, DevOps, and software release management, with minimal supervision.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting activities to validate final system configurations and ensure successful deployment and rollout.
• Deliver user training and retraining programs to facilitate smooth adoption of software solutions and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services.
• Contribute to software product development initiatives by recommending new features, enhancements, and functionalities to strengthen the product roadmap and portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support strategic digitalization objectives.
• Work within a highly motivated and innovative team environment, contributing to the development of digital solutions that uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and business value

Qualificationsfortherole

• Youarewell establishedand motivatedinsupporting anddeliveringhigh qualitysoftwaresolutions.

• Abilitytodemonstrateyourexperienceinsales, sales support,oralternativelysales process/tooloperations anddevelopment.
  Youhaveminimumtwoyearsofexperienceinthe relevant field.

• Experience inworkingwithoralternativelydeveloping sales process technologies, such asConfigure-Price-Quote systems,CRMs, and pricemanagement systems.Benefitingfrom experience in roll outs and user support.

• YouareateasecommunicatinginEnglish
