JOB TITLE: PERFORMANCE & DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Paid Media & Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and YouTube Ads
• Build full-funnel campaign structures (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting)
• Manage audience segmentation including lookalikes, interest clusters, custom audiences, and remarketing pools
• Allocate budgets strategically and monitor daily pacing and spend efficiency
• Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, formats, CTAs, and landing pages
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale high-performing ad sets
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue attribution metrics
• Identify scaling opportunities and performance gaps within campaigns
2. SEO & Organic Digital Growth
• Implement on-page SEO including keyword optimization, metadata updates, alt tags, internal linking, and URL structuring
• Conduct keyword research aligned with luxury menswear, bespoke tailoring, couture, and occasion wear categories
• Optimize category pages, product descriptions, and collection content for search visibility
• Monitor rankings, impressions, and click-through rates via Google Search Console and GA4
• Support backlink and off-page SEO strategies
• Identify organic traffic growth opportunities and content gaps
• Improve content discoverability and site structure for better search performance
3. Conversion Tracking & Attribution
• Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4
• Implement UTM structures for campaign-level accuracy
• Monitor attribution models and analyze multi-touch customer journeys
• Identify drop-offs within the funnel and recommend CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) improvements
• Track revenue performance by channel and campaign
• Maintain accuracy in event tracking, goal setups, and ecommerce reporting
4. Shopify & Website Optimization
• Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing updates, and collections on Shopify
• Ensure all website content is SEO-optimized and conversion-focused
• Monitor user behavior through Microsoft Clarity and Shopify Analytics
• Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and user journeys
• Improve navigation, filtering, internal linking, and product categorization
• Coordinate landing page improvements for campaign-specific launches
5. Reporting, Analytics & Strategic Insights
• Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports
• Analyze ROI, CAC, LTV trends, and revenue contribution by channel
• Compare paid vs organic acquisition performance
• Benchmark competitor strategies within the luxury and couture segment
• Identify actionable insights for scaling digital growth
• Present optimization recommendations backed by data

QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES
• Minimum one prior internship in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM mandatory exposure)
• Strong understanding of paid media KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate
• Strong understanding of organic metrics: impressions, rankings, bounce rate, session duration, traffic growth
• Analytical mindset with comfort handling data dashboards and campaign budgets
• Detail-oriented with structured reporting capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and optimization mindset
• Interest in luxury fashion, digital ecosystems, and performance-driven growth
