Job Description

ole Responsibilities:

  • Maximize network performance by monitoring and troubleshooting issues, participating in major incident bridges.
  • Identify, resolve, and document network issues, ensuring resolution steps are executed effectively.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SME and coordinate with 3rd party vendor technicians.
  • Maintain inventory, track tickets for SLA adherence, and manage ticket escalation processes.

Job Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech/MCA in relevant fields
  • Expert-level certifications (F5 Certified Solutions Expert, CCIE Security, etc.)
  • Experience in network troubleshooting and management
  • Strong process compliance and ticketing management skills
