Digital Network & Security - Senior Administrator (NS3)

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage network infrastructure operations and lead new technology rollouts.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve L2 issues involving firewalls, WLAN, and switches.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and coordinate with vendors.
4. Maintain ticket documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

Job Requirements

1. B.Sc or equivalent with strong networking fundamentals.
2. Level 2 support experience in Cisco R&S, ASA, WLAN, and Nexus.
3. Certifications like CCNP Security/Wireless, F5 CTS, or RCPE preferred.
4. Proficient in process compliance, escalation handling, and shift reporting.
