This is a full-time, on-site Digital Motor Claim Surveyor role based in Chennai. The Digital Motor Claim Surveyor will be responsible for conducting motor claim surveys through advanced AI tools and evaluating vehicle damage. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating claim documentation, coordinating with stakeholders to assess claims, preparing detailed claim reports, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

• Strong knowledge of automotive technology, vehicle damage assessment, and repair processes
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools to perform inspections and generate reports
• Ability to accurately assess motor claims and validate relevant documentation
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder coordination
• Technical understanding of AI-based tools is preferred
• Experience in claims management, insurance, or a related field will be an advantage
• Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
