What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Marketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.

What are we looking for

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Create and refine playbooks, process maps, and SOPs to drive operational efficiency.
  • Support budget management and vendor coordination within the influencer operations space.
  • Own the end-to-end operational workflow for influencer sourcing, vetting, contracting, and delivery across social platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of influencer marketing activities, ensuring timely coordination of briefings, product dispatch, and content approvals.
  • Oversee the use and optimization of influencer platforms and databases (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Aspire).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, comms, social media, brand) to ensure compliance and smooth campaign execution. Roles and Responsibilities: The Social & Influencer Operations Manager leads the execution and process management of social influencer programs across markets, with an emphasis on operational excellence and efficiency. This includes managing micro-influencer sourcing, contracts, compliance, timelines, and reporting through owned workflows and influencer management platforms.
