About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Media Planner Strategist to lead media planning, campaign strategy, and execution across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating data-driven media strategies, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to drive brand and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital media strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
- Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and other digital channels.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market insights to build effective media plans.
- Manage media budgets, forecasting, and allocation to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with internal creative, content, analytics, and account management teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare campaign performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Build strong relationships with media partners, publishers, and platform representatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media planning, strategy, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, audience segmentation, and media buying.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Experience in campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in integrated media planning and omnichannel campaign strategy.
- Knowledge of attribution models, conversion tracking, and programmatic advertising.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or Analytics platforms are an added advantage.
