Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing representative will strive to help strengthen our brands & accounts social presence, customer acquisition and return on advertising spend through paid campaigns. He/she will implement online marketing strategies, response management, social listening through social media accounts in an effort to build a unique social personality for our brands/accounts. The desired candidate must have knowledge of digital marketing and is a team player who can align him/herself to the Brand's & Agency's vision.

Responsibilities

Complete ownership of paid social mandate of clients (including but not limited to the following)

  • Develop platform-wise digital marketing campaign plan
  • Estimate and allocate media budgets, targeting and segmentation, evaluation of the performance of each channel, and forecasting the performance of campaigns.
  • Own end-to-end responsibilities of media planning, execution, measurement, reporting and optimisation of campaigns with goal to increase engagement, traffic, customer conversions.
  • Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across search to improve quality score of ads on google and optimize campaign structure.
  • Collaborate with creative team to run A/B creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns onlineacross paid search campaigns; landing pages; social posts.
  • Achieve campaigns KPI's [engagement, reach, clicks, CTR, sales, etc.] using paid marketing channels with allocated campaign budgets. Focus on cost of acquisition and maximising ROAS.
  • Tracking efficiencies of the marketing spend across channels including Facebook, Google and marketplace campaigns.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal business goals.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid media initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency across digital platforms: YouTube, Search, AdWords, GDN, Affiliate, Facebook, Instagram
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools such as FB Business, Google AdWords, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Proficiency across commerce platforms: Quick Commerce, E Commerce Amazon & Flipkart
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Genuine love for pop-culture and everything Advertising/Marketing
