About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Digital Media & Creative Operations Manager to lead and manage our in-house media and digital operations unit for Dunes Academy and associated businesses.
The candidate will supervise social media marketing, website management, YouTube content workflows, DTP/design work, branding activities, and creative operations while coordinating with the internal team.
This is a leadership and management role requiring creativity, organizational skills, and practical digital marketing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise social media platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Coordinate website updates and development tasks
- Supervise YouTube content production and publishing
- Handle branding and digital marketing activities
- Manage DTP and creative design workflows
- Coordinate with photographers, editors, designers, and content creators
- Monitor analytics and performance reports
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Required Skills
- Experience in social media marketing and digital branding
- Basic understanding of website management (WordPress preferred)
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Understanding of YouTube content workflows
- Basic SEO and content strategy knowledge
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or media management
- Experience handling educational or business brands is preferred
- Knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage
Work Mode
Hybrid work model preferred.
Candidates from Jodhpur or nearby locations will be given preference.
