Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end management of paid campaigns, client communications, and team operations. This role combines strategic planning, media budget allocation, and campaign performance governance with leadership responsibilities such as team reviews, training, and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and marketing execution through data-driven performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Performance Marketing team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, results-driven campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Lead comprehensive digital planning and media budgeting exercises, aligning investments with business goals and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee budget allocations, POA validation, and campaign governance, ensuring strategic alignment, accuracy, and fiscal discipline.
  • Supervise campaign setup and ad account creation, maintaining compliance, platform readiness, and operational efficiency.
  • Define and execute data-driven marketing strategies focused on maximizing ROI, lead quality, and conversion performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate) to identify optimization opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a key client-facing representative, presenting campaign insights, performance summaries, and growth recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between creative, analytics, and technology teams to ensure cohesive execution and timely approvals.
  • Oversee initial account audits and setup validations, including GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations, to ensure accurate tracking and measurement.
  • Establish and maintain weekly operational planners, tracking team deliverables, project timelines, and campaign outcomes.
  • Conduct structured internal review sessions to evaluate campaign efficiency, identify improvement areas, and define corrective action plans.
  • Champion team development and retention through mentorship, performance evaluation, and continuous capability building.
  • Strengthen client relationships and retention by ensuring transparency, proactive communication, and consistent achievement of campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify automation opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic innovations to enhance overall marketing performance.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Native Ad Platforms.
  • Deep understanding of media planning, budget pacing, and performance scaling strategies.
  • Experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and strategic reporting.
  • Proficiency in GA4, GTM, CRM tracking, and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to mentor team members, manage deliverables, and build long-term client relationships.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint (Optional), Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in performance marketing, including team management exposure.
