Job Description

The Digital Marketing Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvalla. This role involves designing and delivering training sessions on core digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices to students and staff. The trainer will create structured lesson plans, learning materials, and practical exercises covering areas such as social media marketing, online branding, and basic performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include conducting classroom and workshop sessions, providing individual guidance, assessing learner progress, and updating training content based on current industry trends. The role also includes collaborating with the academic and marketing teams to align training outcomes with the academy's growth and brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and engage diverse learners.
• Candidates should possess core Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, including knowledge of campaign planning, content creation, and platform optimization.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales and marketing alignment skills, with an understanding of how digital strategies support enrollment and brand visibility.
• Comfort with common digital marketing tools (e.g., social platforms, analytics dashboards, content scheduling tools) and willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in digital marketing or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the education or coaching sector and familiarity with overseas education or language training environments is an added advantage.
