Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced DM Trainer to join our team in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts, and the ability to train and mentor students effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and practical Digital Marketing training sessions.
Train students in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct live projects, workshops, and practical sessions.
Monitor student progress and provide guidance for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends and tools.
Support students in portfolio building, certifications, and interview preparation.
Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning and execution.
Maintain attendance, reports, and training records.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and tools.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics.
Ability to handle classroom sessions confidently.
Good mentoring and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing training or industry experience.
