Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The role involves designing and delivering digital marketing training programs, mentoring and supporting students, and ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. Daily tasks may include creating lesson plans, staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, training students in strategies such as social media marketing, and providing individualized guidance to prepare them for their careers. Monitoring students progress and providing constructive feedback are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including strategies and techniques
• Experience with Social Media Marketing and Sales
• Ability to mentor and guide students for career preparedness
• Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing
• Passion for teaching and empowering others
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a trainer or educator is an advantage
