Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and practical assignments on core and advanced digital marketing topics, including AI-driven tools and strategies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Varanasi and involves creating curricula, lesson plans, and assessments that align with industry standards and course objectives. The trainer will demonstrate live campaigns and tools (such as social media platforms, ad managers, analytics, and automation tools), guide learners through projects, and provide feedback to support skill development. Responsibilities include mentoring students on career paths, preparing them for interviews, and staying current with digital marketing trends to continually update content. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to improve training quality, tracking learner progress, and contributing to institute events, webinars, and demo classes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, public speaking, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategy, with practical exposure to campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Proven Training, coaching, or teaching experience, preferably in digital marketing or related domains, with the ability to manage diverse learner groups.
- Practical expertise in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, paid promotion, community management, and platform analytics.
- Exposure to Sales principles and funnel-based marketing, with the ability to connect digital campaigns to lead generation and conversions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to create structured course content, and comfort working in an on-site, classroom-based environment in Varanasi.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or specific platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot) are an advantage.
